How to Sprout Almonds
Once the Almonds starts sprouting it has more life force or prana in it. Therefore, it's more sattvic when it's sprouting. Apart from increase in the nutrients, sprouted almonds taste great too.

Sprouted Almond's Milk
Almonds are my favourite. Mom used to soak the almonds every night and made sure that all of us had a few almonds every morning. As a kid I believed those almonds would help me get better scores in tests, which of course seemed a better and yummy way, than to actually sit and study. Almonds are known to boost memory if you do bother to study. :)
